Robert Mastrantonio – President
Rob has more than 18 years of Insurance experience, encompassing virtually all areas of commercial and personal insurance.
Rob started his career at Chubb Insurance Companies after he graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics. Rob worked as a underwriter for Chubb until he joined C.N.A Insurance Company in 1991.
In 1996, Rob started RM Associates, Inc as start up insurance agency. This agency grew to handle more than $5,000,000 in premium volume. In 1999, Rob teamed up with Frank Strcich and Glenn Glubiak to form Omni Risk Management, Inc.

Frank Strcich CLU, CHFC – Vice President
Frank has more than 15 years of Insurance experience, encompassing all areas of commercial and personal insurance, term and whole life, health, professional liability, and employee benefits.
Frank started his career with C.N.A. Insurance Company in 1990. He was selected to be 1 of 15 nationwide candidates as an underwriting trainee and completed a rigorous year long program for all lines of Commercial Underwrting. He worked for C.N.A. Insurance for three years before entering the agency side of the Insurance Industry.
Omni Risk Management Inc has grown rapidly, both in capabilities and in size. In just six years, the agency experienced a three-fold increase in revenues, establishing itself as a leader in Metropolitan New York insurance community. The company now provides services to more than 3000 clients, ranging from individuals to large corporations. Much of the success can be attributed to o the firm’s fine staff and the company’s reputation for integrity and superior customer service.

Frank holds a BS degree in finance from University of Maryland and holds insurance designations with The American College of Insurance for Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Glenn Glubiak – Vice President Surety Bonds
Glenn started the surety department in 1999 at the inception of the Agency. Oversees all aspects of surety operations; new business development , client services and surety company relations. Glenn’s career started as a credit/financial analyst for Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. In 1992 he entered the surety industry as an underwriter for a regional surety company and gained valuable experience assessing surety risk and interacting with agents and brokers. Glenn then joined a major surety agency as both account manager and producer. Glen started the surety department at Omni in 1999. Since that time that department has experienced substantial growth and Omni currently represents virtually every major bonding company.
